The residential building designed to have 68 apartments and restaurants, fitness clubs, offices and stores, as well as an underground garage, was designed by Archicolo Kft. within the project of the Irish-owned Lone Consulting Kft. The building at 16-18 Vörösmarty Street, VII., Budapest, obtained its final and viable construction permit in August 2006. Afterwards, the design and execution plans were finished by 2007 and the project began with Exclúzív Bau Kft. in charge of the execution. The construction went on until the spring of 2009 with smaller interruptions due to financial problems, then it stopped completely. Later, the execution was finished with different participating parties.
