The residential building at 34 Dob Street, VII., Budapest was designed to have 53 apartments, 6 stores and 101 parking slots in the underground garage. The building was designed by S.A.M.O. Tervező Kft. (S.A.M.O. Design Ltd.) within the project of the Irish Promo-Vest Kft. related to Madách Promenade. The final and viable construction permit was obtained in August 2006, after a long-drawn authorisation process. After that, the design and execution plans were made and the construction began, however, due to financial reasons caused by the economic crisis, the development of the property stopped.
