The final and viable construction permit for the 16-apartment residential building with an underground garage at 28/B Kiss János alt. Street, XII., Budapest, was obtained in October 2007. The design was executed by Archicolo Kft., within the project of Royal Gardens Kft. (owned by Irish investors). After that, the design and execution plans were made. In terms of construction, the building that had previously stood on the plot was demolished. In October 2009, the earthworks of the project began as well, however, further construction and development stopped due to the economic crisis.
