The final and viable construction permit for the 65-apartment residential building with an underground garage at 51 Rózsa Street, VI., Budapest, was obtained in July 2008, after a long-drawn authorisation process. The design was made by Archicolo Kft., within the project of Rózsa Ingatlanfejlesztő Kft. (Rózsa Property Development Ltd.) – owned by three investor Irishmen. Afterwards, the design and execution plans were made. In terms of construction, the building that had previously stood on the plot was demolished, however, the construction could not start due to the economic crisis, and the process had to stop as well.
