The execution of 5 loft apartments with the complete reconstruction of the building, with the turnkey construction of 5 apartments, with the construction of a total of 390 m2 of living space. Stefánia Penthouse Kft. obtained the final construction permit in October 2005 for the plans made by Pozitan Stúdió. The project was executed by Exclizív Bau Kft. – started in 2006 and finished in 2007. The final operating licence was obtained in January 2008.
