Reticolo-Komplex Kft. prepared the 9-apartment loft installation at 11 Hőgyes Endre Street, IX., Budapest. The design made by Miháltz és Társai Kft. (Miháltz and Co. Ltd.) received its final construction permit in August 2005. The design included the renovation of utility lines, as well as the basement, building an elevator and renovating the façade. In 2007, the loft project was bought by an Irishman’s investment company, Exclusive Penthouse Kft. who began the construction in February 2008, with Roblin Kft. in charge of execution. Reticolo Kft. undertook project management tasks which contract they cancelled in June 2009 due to financial problems.
