The 31-apartment residential building with an underground garage obtained its final and viable construction permit in June 2005. The building, near the East Railway Station, at 8 Rottenbiller Street, VII., Budapest, was designed by Reticolo Kft. as a general contractor, within the project of Irish-owned BMB Land Estate Kft. Execution plans were made by Narthex Kft. as general designers. The construction began in 2006 as the remains of the previous building on the plot had been demolished, and was finished at the end of 2007.
